On an evening under the stars with her family in Tabuk, Tala imagined a spacecraft reaching a library in the sky. She drew it in her notebook, then read Bader's description of one resembling an open book, and they agreed their story would combine both ideas.
While writing, they could not tell whether one sentence was true information or a lovely invention. They marked it with a question and consulted a suitable learning source with a family member.
They set aside one page for what they had checked and another for what they had imagined. In the story, the spacecraft was not quicker because it knew every answer, but because it carried room for new questions.
Nouf read the ending and suggested not closing the library on the last page. They drew its door open and wrote that the next journey began with a simple phrase: We do not know yet.
